At Orange County Neurofeedback Center, we understand the importance of providing high-quality, individualized care. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of insurance reimbursement, we do not accept health insurance at this time. Instead, we focus on providing uninterrupted, personalized therapy that supports long-term mental health improvements. Without the constraints of insurance, our clients receive the care that is most effective for their unique needs, without being limited by the number of sessions or type of treatment allowed by insurance policies.

Insurance Reimbursement:

While we do not directly accept insurance, we can provide you with all of the superbill documentation to submit claims to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Additionally, we recommend using Reimbursify.com, a service that simplifies submitting out-of-network claims and helps you track reimbursement status with ease

Alternative Payment Options:

We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that allows for manageable, monthly payments with little or no interest.
